RETURN POLICY: If you are in any way unhappy with the item you bought, return it and we will refund your purchase price (less shipping and handling) right away. If we have made an error in the description, we will refund the entire amount of your purchase including shipping BOTH directions. We strive to make make sure you are VERY satisfied with your purchase from Going Once… We accept returns, minus a 20% restocking fee and postage that was paid, on all items in items in a correctly fulfilled order within 30 days of purchase. We must be notified regarding all returns within 7 days of receipt of the item. Unless item is found to be malfunctioning, item must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased for a full refund. (ie: SEALED items must be returned SEALED. a book described as Very Good with no markings must not be returned with markings.) Please be sure that you have the correct address on file with Amazon before ordering. If an item is returned to us due to an address error, it will be re-listed for sale and refunded to you as described above.
