Unless otherwise stated, you have 30 days from the date of your order placement to return. After an RMA is issued you have 14 days to return the product to us. Only one RMA is issued per return. When it expires, you may no longer return your product. Full refund for unopened product or our fault returns and shipping fee is not refundable. Buyers pay shipping fee to send it back. 15% restocking fee applies for all opened products and rejected packages, 50% restocking fee if there are missing parts/box/serial number. Opened video games, softwares, health care products are not returnable.
