You may return any defective items sold by H.O.D. within 20 days of purchase. We will also pay the shipping cost. If item returned is found to be in good working condition there will be a 25% restocking fee. You may return any unopened items within 20 days of purchase, however it is the buyers responsibility to pay the return postage unless the product is different than listed. Orders refused or incorrect addresses will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Damages must reported no later than 2 days after receiving merchandise.
