If you order the wrong item, you will be responsible to ship the item back to us. We see this as a customer service and do not ask for this money back from you, as it is the right thing to do even if it was not our fault. Please inspect all material for damage within 24 hours of receiving to insure your project / remodel can start on time. Please send us photo’s of all damages when emailing us return requests. 1 of the box, 1 of the packing material and 1 of the item if applicable.We want to get you a replacement or refund as soon as possible and doing this will expedite the process, helping us file a claim with the shipping vendor, which needs to be done at the same time.
