WHO ARE WE? We are a third party seller (that means we are NOT Amazon) who has been selling on Amazon’s Marketplace since 2008. We have an excellent reputation with Amazon customers (per the feedback we receive). Heck, some believe they are buying straight from Amazon. That means we pack and ship our items to you in the time frame that you need. We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service and ship every business day with recycled boxes in an effort to “go green”. However, we do not ship to APO/PO Box, International, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. RETURN POLICY: We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are unsatisfied and the item is unopened or defective, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the order. Upon receipt of the item, we will reimburse you for the amount that applies to the item(s). Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed unless the return is a result of our error or the product is defective. *Note: If Item is return and investigated to not be a defect, a 15% charge of the product will be deducted from the refund for restocking and relisting fee. WHERE IS MY ITEM? Sometimes shipping carriers makes mistakes and we understand. If your tracking shows that the item has been delivered and you do not see it, please first check with your family members and/or neighbors. Sometimes items may be misplaced or received by someone else who forgets to give you the package. If that fails, please contact us via email within 2 weeks from when the item was confirmed delivered. Most shipping carrier will try to trace the package to determine if the item was delivered correctly.
