At JMD Retail, we value our customers buying experience. We understand that there are times when an item may need to be returned for one reason or another. Please see below for our return policies based on the specific item type. Toys and Collectibles: Returns are accepted for items still new in box within 30 days. Refunds will be for the price of the item (not including shipping.) Unfortunately, due to the collectible nature of many of these items, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. Home Goods and Travel: Returns are accepted within 30 days. Refunds will be for the price of the item (not including shipping.) Opened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
