Some items may not have full manufacturer warranty, our 30-day warranty still covers all items offered. Some warranties for computers – electronics are sold separately by the product manufacturers or 3rd party service providers. We have 90-day replacement warranty on select products. HOW TO SEND GOODS BACK UNDER WARRANTY KF Hardware has freedom to negotiate and offer true quality and value. We have a 30-day return window within which you may send stock back to us for any cause, subject to an admin fee. Once that period expires, we may still receive faulty goods but subject to our suppliers’ policies. KF Hardware acts as go-between in terms of part- and complete warranties by suppliers. Please claim your rights in writing so we can date stamp them. In addition, we include our own select new product guarantee against defects in material and manufacture. Please note we are unable to process a guarantee or warranty claim, unless you can prove your purchase by serial / order number and Amazon invoice. OUR GUARANTEE EXCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: Our new product guarantee only covers raw material and manufacture flaws. The KF Hardware guarantee will not cover you if you mishandle or damage the product, or use it incorrectly.
