Returns are accepted based on Amazon’s Return Policy. Some returns can be non-returnable or may be assessed a return fee. Products that have an obvious material defect will not be assessed a return fee. Return fees include: 15% for most items in new, un-opened condition. 50% for new items that have been opened or items that have been damaged upon return. Return shipping is paid by the buyer with a few exceptions.
