Buyer pay the return shipping and we will submit the full refund except shipping fee within 5-10 days after we receive the return item. b) Opened Item (factory sealed broken) : Buyer can return item within 30 days of the delivery date If the item is opened. Also 20%-50% restocking fee will be charged base on the return item condition. Buyer pays the return shipping and we will submit the refund except shipping fee and restocking fee within 5-10 days after we receive the return item. software and video games products can not be returned once opened. c) Defective Item: We only accept defective return within 14 days of delivery and buyer must contact the manufacturer and have the Case NO or Defective information from manufacturer first. We will submit the refund within 5-10 days after we receive the return item. d) Return without an RMA number or any refuse upon on delivery are subjected to round-trip shipping charge and 10% restocking fee. – We are not responsible for loss or damage items in return transit. – We strongly recommend you buy signature confirmation service in order to avoid unexpected loss. Special item: For Apple products, such as IiPhones, iPads, iPad2s, iPad3s and etc, must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. 60% restocking fee will automatically apply to any opened return merchandise. All components, manuals and registration card(s) must be included within the return merchandise. Using accessories such as cables, chargers, activation key (if any) and etc. must be returned with the factory-sealed accessory. Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged, or fail to reach the requirement above will be subject to 100% restocking fee. The restocking fee is final. All Apple product returns can only be processed within 14 days after the order was placed, FOB shipping point. Amazon return policy does not apply to Apple special orders. Mirrorsymmetry’s Shipping Policy: – We shipped all orders within 2 business days, a tracking number will be provided for each shipment. – We do not ship to outside of US. – Due to shipper’s restrictions, some items don’t ship to AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, and PO Box. – Delivery time frame is within 3-10 business days for standard shipping and within 2-5 business days for expedited shipping. – 2nd Day and Next-Day air shipping only available for our Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) listings. Mirrorsymmetry’s Cancellation Policy: – Amazon allows you to cancel order within 30 minutes after placing the order. – After that 30min passed, the order will enter the shipping process and can no longer be canceled. – After the package ships, the order can no longer be canceled. – If you still don’t want to keep the item, please just refuse the package when it arrives. We will process a refund for you when we receive it back. Mirrorsymmetry’s Bulk Items Policy: Bulk Items (including but not limited to items such as Air Conditioners, Televisions, Home Entertainment Systems, Refrigerators, etc) cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Buyers must carefully examine the box your bulk item ships in before signing for the package. Should you observe any damage to the shipping box, or if the wrong product was sent, you must refuse delivery while the shipping courier is still on the premises. If everything is satisfactory, an adult is required to sign the shipping courier’s release form to complete delivery. By signing this release, you are acknowledging and agreeing to Mirrorsymmetry’s policies, understanding that you cannot return the bulk item to Mirrorsymmetry, and that the condition of the delivery meets your expectations.
