We ship orders within two mailing days. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us. If buyer chooses to return an item, we will issue a 15% – 20% restocking fee, if item has been opened/used, a greater restocking fee will be added. Original shipping & handling won’t be refunded if buyer returns item. If a new item is returned opened, we will issue a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be sent back to us within 30 days from the time the item was delivered to buyer, no exceptions.

All orders shipped with Signature Confirmation and the shipment is attempted and buyer is not home to sign, you can either contact shipper to request another delivery attempt or go to your local shipper’s location. If you’re emailed about a delivery that has not been delivered due to you not being home and you decline to respond and then finally, the item is returned back to us; a restocking fee will be applied.
