We have full-time staff ready to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have, even after normal business hours and throughout the weekends. All orders are shipped within one to two business days. We provide confirmation emails sent as soon as the orders are processed, which includes free tracking numbers so our customers can track their packages up until it is delivered to their doorstep. Returns between 0-15 days from date of order placement will be refunded in full. Returns between 16-30 days from date of order placement will have a 10% restocking fee deducted from refund. Returns between 31-60 days will have a 15% restocking fee deducted from refund. We will NOT accept returns after the two-month mark (60 days) from time of order placement.
