CASH REFUNDS: Unless otherwise stated, our return policy allows you to return your item to us within 30 days of receipt for a full cash refund minus a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost associated with your purchase. In order to qualify for the cash refund returned items must be unopened, factory sealed, and in the original shipping condition. Buyer is responsible for the cost associated with shipping the item back to us.

ITEM EXCHANGES: Unless otherwise stated, our exchange policy allows you to exchange any item that arrives defective within 30 days of receipt of item for the exact same item. Buyer must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the defective item in order to qualify for an item exchange. Items that become defective after 30 days of receipt fall under the specified manufacturer’s warranty. Buyer is responsible for the cost associated with shipping the item back to us.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION: Unless otherwise requested, all our items sold through the Amazon.com marketplace with a purchase price of $150.00 or more require a signature confirmation at the time of delivery. If buyer requests no signature confirmation for the delivery we will not be responsible for undelivered or lost items.

LOST ITEMS: We make every effort to assure your package arrives to your shipping address in a timely manner. When applicable, we include delivery confirmation or tracking numbers for orders placed with us through Amazon. Unfortunately, once we ship your item we are no longer in control of your item and can therefore no longer be liable for the delivery of your package. We will make every effort to assist you in tracking down your order through the appropriate shipping vendor but we will not refund you for lost items.
